No pressure experience
Not all used car dealerships are the same, some of them do have integrity. My experience has been with Mark, who from the get go was not pressuring me, trying to sell me something I was not looking for (as I had my eye set on something) and worked with me via text and phone. I went to Central Auto Sales to look at a vehicle and test drive it. Mark was extremely responsive, courteous, professional, yet casual which is perfect. I test drove the vehicle, we agreed on a price and after acquiring financing, it took no more than an hour to get paperwork signed and on my way. I'm typically very picky with places that I go to as I know most of the sales people know less about cars than I do. I can sniff out BS rather quickly and really appreciate that Mark understood what I wanted and nothing more or less. I would have zero issues coming back here for future cars they have that I want. If you are looking for a no pressure experience without being fed BS with random car facts that are irrelevant to an enthusiast or someone who knows what they want, go see Mark! Loving my truck
Management from Central Auto Sales called to explain the oversight, a series of communication issues that unfortunately culminated in the incomplete servicing of my otherwise stellar 2003 Toyota Tacoma 2.7 Crew Cab. Mo took responsibility for the human errors, and immediately dropped a check in the mail to cover my cost for replacing the worn out, leaking radiator. That was a stand-up response to a frustrating situation, which has now been satisfactorily resolved. Loving my truck, and am super glad Central Auto was able to have it for me!

I was in a tough dui-bind and they helped me build credit, got me insurance and put me in a 2013 accord at a reasonable cost! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Mo and company.
